Our epoxy & polyaspartic floors are made to last! We start by prepping the concrete surface. We grind the concrete down or remove the previous coating to ensure the epoxy base coat can bond correctly to the surface. We fix any cracks that need repair before putting down the epoxy. After we put down the epoxy base coat, we toss a full flake broadcast into the epoxy base coat. 100% of the floor is covered by flake. This makes the floor more durable and holds up to any vehicular traffic. The last step is us coming back 12 hours later after the base coat has cured. We clean up any flake that did not stick to the base coat and apply the top coat (Polyaspartic). The polyaspartic top coat is the most durable and reliable top coat there is.
