Check out one of our roof cleans from last week. We soft washed a big concrete tile roof and brought the color back to the roof tiles. This roof was discolored from organic growth. Our soft washing services are top notch. Low pressure cleaning to ensure no damage to the property takes places. Algicide is applied to the roof tiles treating the organic growth discoloring the roof. Also, this preserves the roof from getting dirty as quickly as it would from pressure washing the roof. After the clean the algicide is neutralized. We water all vegetation before the clean, during the clean and for about thirty minutes after the clean. This ensures no damage will happen to vegetation.
