Soft wash roof cleaning can bring color back to your concrete roof tiles! Concrete roof tiles are very porous, which allows moisture to build up inside the tiles. This creates an environment for mold and algae to thrive in. Florida’s humid and rainy climate can discolor multi colored roof tiles like this one fast. We treat the roof with algicide at a low pressure. This treats and kills the organic matter growing and discoloring the roof tiles. Paver sealing protects, preserves and enhances pavers. After our application, the pavers are water repellent. This keeps moisture from building up in the pavers keeping them clean from organic growth that discolors them. It also protects the pavers from fading. Check out one of our roof cleans from last week. We soft washed a big concrete tile roof and brought the color back to the roof tiles. This roof was discolored from organic growth. Our soft washing services are top notch. Low pressure cleaning to ensure no damage to the property takes places. Algicide is applied to the roof tiles treating the organic growth discoloring the roof. Also, this preserves the roof from getting dirty as quickly as it would from pressure washing the roof. After the clean the algicide is neutralized. We water all vegetation before the clean, during the clean and for about thirty minutes after the clean. This ensures no damage will happen to vegetation.
